Accessibility statement
Last updated 6 October 2026
BM Luxury Travel wants everyone to be able to find information and book a journey on this website, including people who use assistive technology.
Our aim
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA.
What we have done
- Every page can be used with a keyboard, with a visible focus indicator
- If your device is set to reduce motion, animations and scroll effects are switched off
- The opening film, the 3D car views, the interior views and the passport are extras: the same information, such as seats, luggage and Joseph's story, is always available as text and photos
- The 3D car views can be turned with Front, Side and Rear buttons as well as by dragging
- Images have text alternatives, and decorative images are hidden from screen readers
- Text and controls were checked for colour contrast
- Booking form fields have visible labels, and errors explain what to fix
- You can always book by phone, WhatsApp or email instead of the form
Known limitations
The 3D car views and the animated passport are visual presentations and are not fully described to screen readers. The cars' passengers and luggage, and Joseph's story and photographs, are also given as text on the same pages. The 3D cars and the interior views are illustrations, not photographs of Joseph's own cars.
