I am Joseph, founder of BM Luxury Travel. With over 29 years living in the UK and more than 20 years at the BMW Cowley factory, I have built my career on discipline, precision, and a strong work ethic. These values continue through my 8+ years in private hire and executive transport.

Why Are We Called BM Luxury Travel?

BM are the initials of my late father, Bashkim Mata, a hydrogen engineer in Tirana, Albania. He has been the inspiration behind everything I strive to achieve in my professional life.

Through BM Luxury Travel, I want to honour not only his name, but the way he lived — with principle, integrity, hard work, and kindness. These values shaped who he was, and they continue to guide me every day.
